Exam Pattern:

The written examination will consist of 2 papers. Paper-I is the objective type and Paper-II is the traditional type.

Paper-1: –

  • Paper-1 consists of four sections with 100 questions / marks (25 each). The exam will be online.
  • The total time period for the paper is 1.5 hours (90 minutes) And 2 hours 40 minutes For the visually challenged candidate.
  • Will have negative digits 0.25 points For each wrong answer.
  • Questions will be set in both English and Hindi for Part-A, B, D.

Paper – 2

  • Paper-II will be descriptive in which the candidate will be required to write short essays/papers in English or any language included in the 8th Schedule of the Constitution.
  • Paper-2 will be 50 marks.
  • The total time duration for Paper-2 is 30 minutes and for the visually handicapped candidate 45 minutes.
  • Paper-II will be of a qualifying nature only.
  • Paper-II will be conducted only for such candidates who fulfill the cut-off prescribed by the Commission in Paper-1 for various categories.
